Dr. Nizam Nazeer is a Malayalee physician originally from Kochi, Kerala. He completed his medical degree in Kerala before pursuing postgraduate training in the United Kingdom. After earning his MRCGP and Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT), Dr. Nazeer relocated to Canada, where he now practices as a Family Physician.
Dr. Nizam Nazeer is currently accepting new patients at Optimal Health Clinic in Burlington.
A new clinic location in Kitchener is scheduled to open in 2026, and patient registration is now open for that site as well.
